About UsMarilyn has run The Lodge as a successful business for many years with a large return business base. She has attended many training courses such as Welcome Host and Scotland’s Best to ensure a friendly professional management basis.
David trained as a Chef and has worked abroad. He lectured for 28 years in Hospitality in Further Education and is a Master Chef with the Association Culinaire Francaise.
We are proud of our Breakfast Menu as we are passionate about good food. Breakfast offers the traditional local produce with healthy options, light and Continental breakfasts, platters of fresh fruit and the Lodge Speciality of Smoked Salmon on toasted muffins with scrambled eggs and fresh chives.
